Question by : What causes Canker sores and what is the best way to get rid of them fast?
I have been getting a lot of canker sores lately and they are really bothering me. It’s hard to eat and I really want to get rid of them. I have heard that they are caused by kissing a lot and I want to know if that is true.

Ok my mom as this remidy and you get a cup of water and put a lot of salt in it then you use it like mouth wash I used it a billion times it works like a charm.
